REIKI HEALING

Every client has different needs and intensions. Our one hour session is specifically designed for you. I use a series of hand placements to release energy blockage, allowing the Qi (life force energy) start to flow freely.
Reiki is energy healing medicine that was originated in Japan. It works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It has helped me tremendously with injuries and panic attacks. The best way to describe Reiki is to experience it because it is a higher vibration than we have words for.

ANIMAL REIKI HEALER


As an animal service provider, I use Reiki to help in the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual healing of animals.
When I was in my Reiki Masters Program, I would practice on myself, and I noticed my cats were drawn to me in a way I had never experienced. My cats would find my hands and press up against them. The more I practiced, the quicker they would come running up to me. It didn't matter if they were sleeping or eating or playing, the minute Reiki started, they were right there with me.
It seemed that Reiki gave to them, as it did to me, a similar sense of wellbeing and peace. As I learned more, it was exciting to see the benefits reiki had on my cats. Just being in their presence while doing my self-practice created a strong and reproducible peaceful response from them.
Whether your pet is suffering from stress, anxiety, illness, depression, etc, I have found Reiki helps in the physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual healing of animals.

YOGA FOR TRAUMA
As a certified Y4T instructor, my classes are designed per individual/group to help support coping with any type of stress, anxiety and/or PTSD. Y4T combines yoga & mindful movement practices with body and breath to help heal stress and trauma.

CUPPING
"Cupping is a suction technique designed to pull toxin build up and muscle spasm from the body’s deeper tissue to the surface of the skin. The cells of the body use oxygen and give off carbon dioxide; when the energy is blocked, the cell waste or carbon dioxide gets blocked. This is called acid or toxin build up. Physical pain implies a blockage in the flow of energy through a particular area. When toxins or cell waste stagnate in the muscles or joints, it can be very difficult for the body to get rid of this waste, causing further blockage and discomfort."
